冲压弯头种类主要类型与其他知识

     冲压弯头加工工艺具有的工艺,在生产中按照的工艺技术进行生产冲压弯头只能做小口径的,如果管子规格太大,很难买到成品冲压弯头,只能使用焊接弯头。由于焊接弯头焊缝多,所有使用性能不如冲压弯头,容易被腐蚀漏。
冲压弯头种类主要类型
1.变直径冲压弯头,指管端或管上某一部分直径减小;
2.变壁厚的冲压弯头,指沿管子长度方向使壁厚发生变化;
3.改变断面的冲压弯头,根据要求,将圆形断面变为方形、椭圆形、多边形等等;
4.弯曲冲压弯头,我们接触比较多的,就是将直管变为不同曲率半径的弯管,如弯头、弯管等等;
5.带凸缘和圆缘的冲压弯头,前者指管子端部向内侧或外侧凸,后者指在管的圆周方向形成隆起的或凹槽的冲压弯头;
6.带卷边和封底类的冲压弯头,增加管端总强度向管的外侧或内侧卷边或将冲压弯头端部封住的冲压弯头;
7.扩径冲压弯头,按照要求将冲压弯头端部或某部位扩大形成各种形状的冲压弯头。
